David Krejci Returns To Practice
Bruins center David Krejci returned to practice for the first time since he sustained an upper body injury against the Ottawa Senators on December 27th.
He’ll travel with the team to Montreal for their game on Tuesday, but there’s still some uncertainty as far as when he’ll be ready to return to action:
“At this point, where I’m at right now, it’s going to be days,” Krejci told the Boston Globe. “We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Hopefully better. We’ll see how it feels tomorrow in warmups.”
Krejci has 11 goals and 33 points in 35 games this season and had goals in consecutive games before coming out of the lineup.
The B’s initially struggled in his absence but have played better of late, winning their last two games heading into a chance for redemption against the Canadiens after Montreal defeated them 5-1 in the Winter Classic at Gillette Stadium.
