Introducing The Ultimate 2019 New England Playlist
Six months ago I wrapped up 2018 by creating a “New England Top 50” playlist to highlight the best music of the year from our beautiful six-state region. For 2019, I’ve decided to up the ante.
“2019 In New England” is a Spotify playlist that I created a few weeks ago and will be updating weekly. The goal is to include every worthy New England artist who releases something on Spotify in 2019, and then breaking it down to a Top 100 in December.
Almost halfway through the year and we’re up to 400 tracks. That might seem like a lot, some might call it oversaturation. The truth is that there’s something for everyone and I firmly believe that every artist on the list is genuinely talented. There is not one bad song. It’s a testament to the amount of hard working musicians producing incredible music from New England. Press play and enjoy:
